Since beginning of September, we are in the process of setting up a new platform to terminate DSL and FTTH customers and to migrate the customers of Openfactory in Germany onto the new platform. We are aware, that some customers are experiencing outage in the old Openfactory network which is caused by suppliers terminating services. We are trying to make the migration as fluent as possible. Please be aware that there may arise issues during the migration. We'll keep you posted by mass mailing and direct mails for updates during the migration and for the delivery of your new credentials for the existing internet lines.
