Update - The new dial-in credentials for Openfactory DSL and FTTH customers were sent out on 17.09.2026. The first connections are already online on the new platform, and we're continuing to migrate the remaining lines. All hardware work on our side is complete. One final reset of an LNS is still open. We will carry it out on 22.09.2026 at 04:00 German time (02:00 UTC). Connections terminated on that LNS may briefly drop and reconnect.
Action required: If you haven't done so yet, please enter your new credentials on your router. Lines that still use the old credentials can't connect to the new platform. If you haven't received your credentials, please check your spam folder first. If they're not there, contact us at internet@level66.network and include your customer or line reference.

Monitoring - Since beginning of September, we are in the process of setting up a new platform to terminate DSL and FTTH customers and to migrate the customers of Openfactory in Germany onto the new platform. We are aware, that some customers are experiencing outage in the old Openfactory network which is caused by suppliers terminating services. We are trying to make the migration as fluent as possible. Please be aware that there may arise issues during the migration. We'll keep you posted by mass mailing and direct mails for updates during the migration and for the delivery of your new credentials for the existing internet lines.
